Auravela Seven™ is a psychology-informed, trauma-aware emotional support and personal development framework designed to support emotional regulation, boundary awareness, identity development, and emotional resilience.
The framework is non-clinical and non-medical and does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or medical advice.
The Auravela Seven™ programme is intended to support individuals, teens, families, educators, and professionals through structured emotional guidance and practical tools that promote emotional independence and self-direction. Where participants require specialised psychological, psychiatric, or medical care, appropriate referral to registered professionals is encouraged.
All sessions are facilitated by a practitioner holding a Full Comprehensive Child Psychology certification through Skills Academy, providing a solid psychology-informed foundation for ethical, supportive, and responsible practice.
